In the grounds of Château de Maulmont, 4 villas have been constructed:

Maisons 1-3: Three 2-bedroom villas of 100 m2 each at 300 m. from the castle.

Maison 4: One 3-bedroom villa of 150 m2, at approx. 700 m. from the castle. AVAILABLE FROM 2012.

All facilities of the hotel (restaurant, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, terrace, sauna, park and lakes etc.) are available for the guests of all the villas.

Maisons 1-3: These villas can be rented on a daily or weekly basis (minimum 3 night stay) from the beginning of April to the end of October. 100m². Max. 6 people.

Each villa contains:

· two bedrooms (1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds)

· living room with dining area and sitting area with sofa bed

· fully equipped kitchen (electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine)

· bathroom with bath and shower

· separate toilet

· washing machine and tumble-dryer

· garage with connecting door to the house

In addition there is a covered terrace with teak garden furniture and a lovely view over the Allier valley and the distant Bourbonnais Mountains. In front of each villa is a secluded garden.

Maison 4 – available from June 2012: This villa can be rented on a weekly basis (from Saturday to Saturday) from mid June to mid September. 150 m2. Max: 6 people.

This three bedroom villa contains:

· one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath and walk-in shower)

· two further bedrooms (one double and one twin)

· bathroom with walk-in shower and double sink

· separate toilet

· very large open plan living space with sitting area, dining area and fully equipped kitchen (oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle)

· washing machine and tumble dryer

· carport

Patio doors open from the living room onto a lovely covered terrace with outside dining table and magnificent views over the valley. Very large garden.

All four villas are fully equipped with towels and bed linen.

Prices Maisons 1-3 (minimum 3 night stay)

Price low season (30/03/12 to 15/06/12 and 09/09/12 to 03/11/12): 150 € per night
Price high season (16/06/12 to 08/09/12): 195 € per night

One night free for a stay of one week, therefore 7 nights for the price of 6.

Prices Maison 4 (minimum 7 night stay from Saturday to Saturday)

Price high season (16/06/12 to 07/09/12): 1589 € per week (7 nights)
