These menus are served for dinner from Tuesday to Saturday and for lunch on Saturday and Sunday (and every evening from 10th July to 1st September 2012)

Green lentils of le Puy slow-cooked with mustard from Charroux, crispy pig's trotter, Gaperon (goat's cheese with garlic and pepper) "au gratin"

Fillet of brill cooked on the plancha, glazed root vegetables, girolles sauce
