(crème brûlée, sautéed foie gras with porcini emulsion, layered foie gras and smoked duck breast with port jelly)

Fillet of brill cooked on the plancha, glazed root vegetables, girolle sauce

Mignon of veal cooked in a "casserole" with cardamom, pumpkin prepared in two ways, grilled hazelnut cream
Platter of local cheeses from “Fromagerie Artisanale de Ris” with red wine jelly from Charroux
